Nos sentimos estafados. Muy mala organización. Hemos pagado 592€ para mojarnos, pasar frío y ni entrar en una sola cueva de hielo. Hemos empezado 45 min tarde segun los guías debido al mal tiempo. Llevaba lloviendo des de la noche anterior. Hemos andado casi 1 hora bajo la lluvia y viento helado para llegar a la puertas del Glaciar y que nos digan que no se puede acceder por inundación. Si no se puede entrar, cancelad la excursión! Hay muchas opciones gratuitas para ver glaciares por fuera.

We feel cheated. Very bad organization. We have paid €592 to get wet, cold and not even enter a single ice cave. We have started 45 min late according to the guides due to bad weather. It had been raining since the night before. We have walked almost 1 hour in the rain and icy wind to get to the Glacier gates and they tell us that it cannot be accessed due to flooding. If you can't get in, cancel the tour! There are many free options to see glaciers from the outside.

El tour estuvo bien, sin más. El guía excelente pero la sensación de estar mas tiempo en el trayecto de ida que en la propia cueva… es lo que no nos ha convencido. Veo precio elevado con respecto a otros tours y los 45 minutos no los calculamos pero nuestra sensación fue de 25 minutos máximo en la misma cueva dividida en varias zonas. Recomendaría mirar otras opciones.

The tour was fine, nothing more. The excellent guide but the feeling of spending more time on the outward journey than in the cave itself... is what has not convinced us. I see a high price compared to other tours and we did not calculate the 45 minutes but our feeling was 25 minutes maximum in the same cave divided into several areas. I would recommend looking at other options.

La excursión está genial, es una experiencia que recomiendo totalmente. Fuimos por el glaciar en Jeep y después vimos varias cuevas de hielo, una negra y otras azules, una auténtica pasada :)
