Al principio todo fue excelente, pude instalar la tarjeta sin problema y el servicio de internet funcionó muy bien, solo que por error puse mi cel en modo avión y al quitarlo ya no tuve servicio, total que de los 7 días que pagué solo lo tuve 2. Acudi a las oficinas de civitatis y la persona que me atendió solo me dijo que no podía hacer nada, que lo viera con aíralo quién al parecer es el que brinda el servicio :(

At first everything was great, I was able to install the card without any problem and the internet service worked very well, except that by mistake I put my cell phone in airplane mode and when I took it off I no longer had service, so out of the 7 days I paid for it I only had it for 2. I went to the Civitatis offices and the person who helped me only told me that there was nothing he could do, that I should check with him who apparently is the one who provides the service :(
