Isafjordur Kayak Tour
After meeting up at your selected time in Mávagarður, we'll walk down the shore of Isafjordur Bay together. Down at the dock, we'll have a brief lesson on how to handle the kayaks, before climbing in ready to paddle across the Icelandic waters.
We'll spend two and a half hours kayaking on the waters of the Westfjords. While we paddle, the guide will reveal curious facts about the town of Isafjordur and about this uniquely beautiful region of Iceland. You'll be enchanted by its mountain views!
Don't forget to keep your eyes peeled during the kayak tour for the incredible wildlife that inhabits the area: if we're lucky we'll see the different sea birds flying overhead, and maybe even the seal colonies swimming and basking in the bay.
Our kayak tour of Isafjordur will come to an end back at the original departure pier.
