I did not have a good experience. In the northern lights tour the guide, Kristy, took us to a place near the sea with a light house. Until here that’s ok. The weather was really cloudy so it was difficult to see the northern lights. The problem with this tour was that our guide did not step out of the bus to guide us nor gave us any help. Other guides from other companies were out there helping their groups, guiding them and even took their groups to other locations so they could see them better

We regret that the experience did not live up to your expectations. We try to provide the best possible service at all times.

As indicações que nos foram dadas foram erradas, perdemos a atividade inicial devido à falta de informação sobre o local de encontro. Contactei a companhia que fazia a tour e conseguiram reagendar-me para mais tarde, mas apenas porque fui eu a contactar, a Civitatis em altura nenhuma me indicou o local correto.

Pedimos desculpas por qualquer inconveniente causado nesse sentido. Apesar disso, foi possível remarcar a atividade para outra data. A observação de fenômenos naturais depende das condições climáticas, portanto, nem sempre podemos ter certeza. Levaremos isso em consideração para continuar melhorando o serviço que oferecemos.

Our pick time was changed. It was OK for us. The tour last only 8 hours, including 2.1/2 driving r/t. We arrived by 3:33 in our hotel . We were very rushed. No time for lunch only 4 stops . Last one was 20 minutes. Tour guide stated we were early that was why we stopped for those 20 minutes. Tour guide was not engaged. She just talked.
