Lagoon: vraiment top d’être dans cette immense bain chaud naturel turquoise. A faire ! si vous allez à Reykjavik Aurores: Très déçu par ce que nous n’en avons pas vu. On le sait à l avance que c’est un phénomène naturel rare et qui dépend de beaucoup de paramètre. En revanche, l excursion pour aller voir les aurores boréales est zéro ! Nul, le guide vous fait sortir du bus et vous restez planté là en attendant de voir quelque chose sans aucune explication ni animation

Le prestataire local s'efforce de faire en sorte que le service soit le meilleur possible et nous sommes navrés si cela n'a pas été le cas. Vos commentaires seront pris en compte afin d'améliorer le service proposé.

El tour operador que opera desde allí es un desastre, Civitatis actuo en todo momento bien como intermediario. Pero repito, el chofer que nos debia llevar a la parada de autobuses ( allí funciona así, te recogen en la puerta del hotel, te llevan al hostel bus y te suben al bus correspondiente a la excursión) nos dejó tirados a -7 grados. Despues de llamar y llamar, nos asignaron otro que vino y al llegar al bus hostel, nos dijeron de subir a un bus, sin darnos instrucciones ningunas.

La organización de esta empresa es pésima. Para empezar cuando llegaron nos dijeron que el bus iba lleno y que vendría otro a recogernos. Una vez en el lago azul nos dijeron que nos esperaban a las 5 (ni un minuto más)y no nos mintieron, a las 5:05 ya no estaba el bus, nos dejaron tirados en medio de la nada, tuvimos que coger un transporte privado que nos costó 100€ al cambio porque aquí todo es carísimo. Luego la siguiente excursión para ver la aurora boreal llegaron 30 min tarde. Un caos

Con este operador SÍ que se hacen tours en español. De 5 excursiones que contratamos en nuestra estancia en Islandia, solamente éste nos prestó un audio-guía con el que pudimos enterarnos de la explicación. El resto de operadores afirman ofrecer excursiones en castellano, pero a la hora de la verdad, dicen que ha habido un error y que solo lo hacen en inglés. La Laguna azul preciosa, la atención espectacular. No tienes que llevar toalla, ni chancletas, allí te la dan junto con un albornoz. Me dijeron que la guagua para ver la Aurora era a las 8.30, salió 8.15 y ningún bus decía el nombre porque te llevaban para la Terminal y allí tomabas otro bus. Esto deben aclararlo en el pdf. De todas maneras esa noche no hubo Aurora.

Qué maravilla de lugar es la Laguna Azul (Blue Lagoon). Sin duda tienes que ir si vas a Islandia, es un entorno increíble y si vas en invierno (febrero) como yo, aun más. Eso de estar nevando y tu en el agua calentita disfrutando como un niño pequeño no tiene precio. El precio es un poco caro pero bueno merece la pena. La entrada básica incluye toallas pero debes llevar chanclas y traje de baño si no quieres pagar por ello. También incluye una bebida (cerveza, refresco,...). Imprescindible ir! That of being snowing and you in the warm water enjoying like a small child is priceless. The price is a little expensive but well worth it. La excursión tenía audio guia en español pero no tuve ese servicio ni siquiera guia inglés, solo traslado y entrada a laguna, la vuelta cada hora salían autobuses ya que es solo eso, traslado. Y por supuesto desconocían ese servicio audio guia. Por otro lado, se anuló la excursión de aurora boreal entiendo que por el tiempo pero se me notificó en inglés de forma poco adecuada a mi modo de ver. Me siento engañada, podía haber cogido yo entradas y traslado de haber sabido que no es un tour
