Lo que compras es el traslado y entrada a la laguna. No me gustó que no estaba demasiado bien explicado que no te recogen en el bus Stop que indican y te llevan directos sino que te recogen y te dejan en la estación de autobuses donde coges otro autobús de la misma empresa hasta la laguna. A la vuelta sí te dejan directamente en tu parada

El Blue Lagoon muy bien, el problema estuvo al regreso, el conductor del autobús se equivocó de terminal y no quiso llevarnos a la nuestra, que es la que figuraba en el bono. Insistió en que nos dejaba a poco más de un minuto de nuestra terminal y no quiso llevarnos a la nuestra. Sábado, más tarde de las 9 de la noche, lloviendo, oscuro y el minuto andando fueron más de 17 minutos hasta nuestra terminal. El elevado precio pagado por la actividad incluye la recogida y retorno al mismo punto.

The Blue Lagoon was great, the problem was on the way back, the bus driver got to the wrong terminal and didn't want to take us to ours, which was the one that appeared on the voucher. He insisted that he was leaving us just over a minute from our terminal and didn't want to take us to ours. Saturday, after 9pm, raining, dark and the minute walk was over 17 minutes to our terminal. The high price paid for the activity includes pick up and return to the same point.

Llegaron tarde una hora y media a recogernos y como teníamos previsto a las 17:00 salir a Blue Lagoon y llegaron a las 18:30 resulta que Reykiavik excursión nos dijo que a las 20:00 (blue lagoon cierra a las 22 y todo el mundo se puede quedar hasta las 22:00) se iban de modo que no pudimos.estar ni 20 minutos o se marcaban.

They were an hour and a half late to pick us up and as we had planned to leave for Blue Lagoon at 5:00 p.m. and they arrived at 6:30 p.m. it turns out that Reykjavik excursion told us that they were leaving at 8:00 p.m. (Blue Lagoon closes at 10:00 p.m. and everyone can stay until 10:00 p.m.) so we couldn't stay even 20 minutes or they would be scheduled.

Poca chiarezza sul punto di presa per andare alla destinazione. E all'arrivo a Laguna Blu le credenziali non funzionavano perché mancava il codice della. Prenotazione che non ci avete mandato. Hanno risolto i ragazzi della reception Chiamando Icelandia. Per il resto invece il posto è molto bello.
