I travelled with friends

It was MORE than just a food tour! It included personal insights into Icelandic history, life and culture. The food included many we would have NEVER thought to try including “meat” Soup made with lamb, picked fish, fermented shark, Famous Icelandic hot dog with 5 condiments, smoked salmon on Icelandic rye bread, lamb tartar, and fruit cream filled puff. Esther E was a wonderful guide!
