Iceland ATV Tour

We'll depart from the different pick up points at 9 am, we'll leave the city behind and make our way eastwards to Hvolsvöllur, where the wide volcanic plains separate the mountains and the sea.

Following an hour and a half drive, enjoying the views of the beautifully wild landscapes of Iceland, we'll arrive at our destination, where you'll have 15 minutes to purchase food to keep you going for the rest of the day.

We'll then head to the Solheimajökull glacier, before continuing onwards to base camp, where our ATV quad bikes will be waiting for the three hour adventure along the Icelandic coast.

Bouncing across the countryside on our ATVs, we'll visit the Skógafoss waterfall, a majestic sight as the water breaks through the cliffs of the region to fall 60 metres to earth. Filled with adrenaline you'll get the chance to see the Mýrdalsjökull glacier, as well as exploring the famous black sand beaches and discovering what's left of a crashed plane, there since 1973 at the mercy of the harsh elements, making for one of the most striking and unusual sights in a landscape already filled with surprises.

Our final stop will be the Seljalandsfoss waterfall, where you'll get to walk behind the water and enjoy some unforgettable views of the Icelandic lowlands from inside a cave.

At the end of an unforgettable day, we'll begin the return journey by bus, returning to Reykjavik at around 8 pm.
