We were not picked up at the given location and left waiting for 45 minutes in the freezing cold while it was snowing.

Your booking was not correctly registered in the local provider's system, and therefore they were unable to pick you up. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused. We are aware that you were finally able to enjoy the activity on 29 December.

Nice staff, good driver, but the place to see Nothern Lights was not right, too much light from a lite house, a bus stop, a small building/house. We couldn't see the Nothern Lights properly. Great customer service by Civitatis.
