Sencillamente fue una experiencia maravillosa. Esta excursión es obligatoria para todo aquel que vaya a Islandia. Es un palizón de 15 horas, pero merece mucho la pena ya que ves escenarios espectaculares (si no hubiera ido en el autobús sobre una carretera pensaría que estaba en otro planeta). Guía magnífico que al ver que Jökulsárlón estaba con poco hielo nos llevó a otro glaciar cercano llamado Fjallsárlón. Yendo más gente es mejor alquilar coche porque todo es naturaleza y ahorras mucho.

fue decepcionante, todo el día en la carretera, muchas paradas en supermercados y apenas paradas en los sitios de interés (cascadas y glaciares). Nuestro guía nos ofreció pagando más, una ruta en lancha o barco para ver los glaciares y le dijimos que si, la desilusión fue cuando llegado el momento les confirmo la excursión a otros y nosotros nos dijo que ya no quedaban tickets.no puso calefacción durante el trayecto. La guía fue 0 amena y 0 agradable. Preferible alquiler coche que está excursión

It was disappointing, all day on the road, lots of stops at supermarkets and hardly any stops at the places of interest (waterfalls and glaciers). Un auténtico desastre, son poco serios y en la oficina de turismo me confirmaron uando reclamé que tienen muchas reclamaciones y mala fama. No pasaron a buscarme después de estar una hora en la calle muerto de frío. No se dignado a responder mis me sabes ni cogían el tfno. He venido a Islandia para realizar este tour y no he podido hacerlo por su incompetencia....

Ayer nos cancelaron esta actividad a causa!del tiempo sin avisarnos y estuvimos 45 minutos muertos de frío en la calle y sin saber a quién acudir. En rl hotel lograron contactar con rl proveedor y cambiar rl tour por otro para mañana. La organización fatal!!!
