Salida a el.lago azul,mal porque era de noche no se pudo sacar ni una foto y encima no se veía nada,era un dinero tirado a l basura, me lo tengo que pensar si vuelvo hacer actividades con vosotros en otro lugar.

El proveedor del servicio, flojo y acelera! Nos cambiaron el punto de encuentro y no Notificaron dónde sería el recogido. Por poco perdemos la excursión y el problema es que no había disponibilidad hasta 4 días después. Al final le puedo decir que la experiencia de blue lagoon fue excelente, las facilidades tienen 10 y el restaurante 5 estrellas.

The service provider, lazy and fast! They changed the meeting point and did not notify us where the pick-up would be. We almost missed the excursion and the problem is that there was no availability until 4 days later. La experiencia ha sido buena, transfer puntual y correcto, el blue lagoon una pasada. Sin embargo, lo mejor es alquilar el transfer por tu cuenta y comprar las entradas en el propio Blue Lagoon por que por lo visto hay varios niveles de acceso (basico, premium...) y en esta excursion te entra el basico, con una consumicion por persona, mascarilla de arcilla blanca y alquiler de toalla. Otros servicios como albornoz no estan incluidos al ser el basico. Pero en general, todo correcto. Translate this opinion into English.

Estuvimos antes de la hora en la parada d bus indicada,esperamos 1h y 1/2 congelados y nadie pasó a recogernos.Esoeramos q lo solucionen para poder recuperarla hoy,ya q es nuestro último día
